2017 : The Birth of a Dream
Pharmaceutical expert and entrepreneur Ms. Rashmi Kwatra established Xeina drugs in 2017 with the vision to provide quality and specialized medicines across the emerging markets -
2018 : Spreading our Wings
Xeina drugs began to build an international presence across the Emerging markets by signing supply and distribution contracts across Latin America and Europe. Mr. Shashank Mohan, COO joined in 2018 to strengthen and bring in industry expertise and to expand the presence of Xeina Drugs in Russia CIS -
2019 : Chartering new Territories
Xeina Drugs strengthened its presence by supplying quality pharmaceutical products to Peru and started its operation in the India Market. -
2020 : Accelerating access to Specialized Therapies
Xeina Drugs became the exclusive licensing partner for an innovative stem stell therapy for critical limb Ischemia. Xeina Drugs also opened its EU subsidiary “ Xeina Drugs OU’’ to get better access to the European Market. -
2021 : Keeping our Promises
Xeina in its endeavour to combat COVID-19 from its certified and trusted suppliers, offered Covid medicines, PPE Kits, critical care medicines to Colombia, Russia and initiated N 95 Masks supply to Abbott India. -
2022: Creating new Ideas
Xeina has launched its Sports Division “ Xeina Xtreme”, an idea borne from the endeavour to bring high quality sports supplements for combat sports athletes with all the quality standards as applied for a pharmaceutical product.

Rashmi has worked in pharmaceutical companies like Dr Reddy’s, Ranbaxy, Dabur, Jubilant in leadership roles and thereby brings a strategic vision to the company.

Shashank brings a vast experience of 20 years in International Sales and Marketing with specialization in the Russia CIS Market where he has spent more than 15 years in leadership roles. He also brings robustness in the operational efficiency of the company which he has gathered by working in companies like Dr Reddy’s, Torrent, Ipca and Cadila.
